acre ranch called Halekea Farms with thousands of acres of pasture land
owned by Parker Ranch on the other side.

views offers you every modern convenience.
The private terrace is beautifully landscaped with tropical plants and
has a private jacuzzi and outdoor shower.
The entrance is through a grand lanai (outdoor room) which can be used
for entertaining, outdoor eating or just for relaxing while looking at
the amazing view.
There is a cozy fireplace in the living room with a high ceder ceiling
that opens up to the lanai deck.
There is a full kitchen with all
modern appliances and a separate dining area with seating for eight
guests.
The house is very private without being isolated--just ten minutes away
from the best beaches called the 'Kohala Coast' or "Gold coast". The
Volcano National Park with active flowing lava is 2 hours away. Hiking,
tennis, golf, biking, horseback riding, etc., are all available close
by. You can also try surfing, windsurfing, kayaks/canoes, fishing,
diving, snorkling, etc., just 10 minutes down to the beach.
The master bedroom opens out to the
terrace with jacuzzi.
The other two bedrooms in the main
house also open up to the wrap around lanai.
There is a separate, adjacent cottage which provides a fourth bedroom
and bath.
