The house is gated and fenced for additional privacy.

The home is a new pole and beam house featuring natural woods, granite, slate tile, new tropical furnishings and a ten jet Jacuzzi tub.
There are large indoor and outdoor walk-in showers.

High open beam ceilings through out, the roof cupola, decking and louvred transoms. There are ample lanais to relax in the sun or shade.
Ceiling fans, wireless internet access, Cable TV, CD and stereo. Full kitchen plus kitchenette.
