one bath home. From koa wood cabinetry, wood floors, custom wood
paneling, Hawaiian artwork and books, island style furnishings, lanai
and patio furniture, attention to detail has been paid
throughout. There's easy access to the beach--just a 30 second
walk to the warm waters of Puako and soft sand where Hawaiian sea
turtles and reef fish keep you company year round. Humpback
whales surface just 200 feet off shore during season. Shower
after the beach in a wonderful garden shower.
The open floor plan includes a
gourmet kitchen, dining room and living room. The bedroom, bath and service
area are separate. The bedroom, which has a king size
bed, has
French
doors that offer views of the ground and ocean beyond.
The
homeowners
live in a separate home on an adjacent 7000 square foot parcel. There is a fully equipped
kitchen and an outside gas bar-b-que. Enjoy dining under the
stars or
in the comfortable dining nook.
